Mission Critical Statement: Effective management of Health, Safety & Environment through empowerment and teamwork

Rob develops, implements and manages all health, safety, environmental and human resource policies and programs corporate wide as well as leading all our Safety Teams. His aim is to meet or exceed organizational, customer and governmental regulations including maintaining up to date knowledge of workers compensation legislation, policy and procedure and occupational health & safety regulations.

Through employee orientation, training, safety meetings, and management, Rob works to ensure the corporation implements and maintains the best health, safety and environmental practices.

Rob joined the Eagle West family in January 2011 bringing with him over 25 years health & safety management experience to the team at Eagle West. He is a Certified Safety Auditor and a Certified Disability Management Professional who leads our Health, Safety and Environment initiatives through consistency and teamwork.  

In his free time Rob enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. He has been married since 1983 and has three children. His advice for aspiring professionals is to develop a strong work ethic; work with honesty, integrity, and consistency.
