Steve provides exceptional customer service to potential and current customers through the dispatch department for Eagle West Cranes, which is often a very fast paced, high pressure working environment. Working in partnership with our salespeople and project managers, our fleet coordinators like Steve answer customer’s questions and plan & manage their project needs.

Steve has been a part of the Eagle West family since 2008 and contributes over nine year’s communication and other related experience to the dispatch team. Prior to joining Eagle West, Steve worked for five years as a service manager for a two-way communications company.

In his free time, Steve enjoys hiking, most often in the Chilliwack valley area. He has been married since 2003 and has one son. His advice to aspiring professionals is to practice self discipline in order to handle many life and work related responsibilities.
