Mission Critical Statement: Customer Service & Administration & Organization

As the Office Administrator for Eagle West, Ernie aims to provide excellent customer service & build and maintain customer relationships. He is also responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, maintaining the sales data base, and managing relationships and logistics with US and Canadian Customs for equipment & materials purchasing and transport.  

Previously, Ernie served in the Canadian Military as an artillery technician for twelve years and later, worked for eight years in administration and logistics. Ernie attended post graduate studies in computers and accounting to further his skills and knowledge. He has been a part of the Eagle West family since December 2009 and contributes over twenty years of related experience to his position.

He has been married since 1969 and has one daughter. In his free time, Ernie enjoys rest & relaxation and playing classical guitar. His advice to aspiring professionals is to have team spirit, communicate, and have a “yes” attitude.
