Mission Critical Statement: Customer Service & Administration

As Operations Administrator, Mavis is the first line of contact for the company, operating the main switchboard & directing customer calls to the correct employee. She tracks & updates all annual permits for our BC units and applies for and orders permits for customer projects. She also assists the pricing, payroll and dispatch departments with various paperwork and performs other general office administration duties.  

Mavis has been a part of the Eagle West family since 2007 and was honored by her peers by receiving the Employee of the Year award in 2009. Mavis has an extensive background in customer service and office administration, contributing over twenty years of experience to her role at Eagle West.

Mavis and her husband have been together for over 25 years and have two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking and camping. Her advice to aspiring professionals is to develop patience and perseverance.
