Elliot provides exceptional customer service to potential and current customers through the dispatch department for Eagle West Cranes, which is often a very fast paced, high pressure working environment. Working in partnership with our salespeople and project managers, our fleet coordinators like Elliot answer customer’s questions and plan & manage their project needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Elliot has been a part of the Eagle West family since 2005. Prior to joining the team here, he worked for eleven years as an operations manager for an American LTL company, and now contributes over eighteen years industry experience to Eagle West.

In his spare time Elliot enjoys camping, spending time with his daughter, and playing on several local slow pitch baseball teams. His advice to aspiring professionals is to work hard.
