Murray has been Vice President for Eagle West Wind Energy since its inception in 2009. He is responsible for wind energy business growth, development and overseeing all Eagle West Wind Energy operations. He was involved in the business development plan for this division of Eagle West and his goal is to install as many wind turbines as possible in Canada and become the number one provider for wind energy services.

Prior to being Vice President for Eagle West Wind, Murray joined the Eagle West family in 2005 contributing his skills in the Eagle West Truck & Crane sales department. Murray graduated with a diploma in business from Kwantlen University and moved on to complete a Bachelor of Business and Administration Degree at Simon Fraser University simultaneously working for Eagle West. His advice to aspiring professionals in the wind energy business is to understand that education is vitally important but equally vital is an attitude geared toward continuous growth and knowledge, diligence and hard work. 

Murray’s hobbies include going to gym and participating in other physical fitness activities like mixed martial arts. Murray has been married to his wife Stephanie since 2005.
