Randy has been District Manager since the inception of the BC Interior branch for Eagle West Truck & Crane. His responsibilities include managing sales, overall operations and employee relations, and leading the team of other employees which work out of the Kamloops office. Randy serves on the Strategic Planning and Leadership Teams and is also a Project Manager for the Eagle West Cranes racing services and Eagle West Wind Services in Alberta.

Prior to Eagle West, Randy worked in the oil fields in Northern Alberta where he learned how to operate a crane. When he moved to Abbotsford, he worked for a roofing equipment and supplies company working his way up from running a crane, to managing shipping/receiving and eventually managing the entire roofing division. Randy has since been with Eagle West for twenty years in May 2011.

His advice to aspiring professionals is to be patient, practice your listening skills and make decisions based on facts. Randy enjoys hunting, snowmobiles, quad riding, swimming, and vacationing at Niskonlith Lake in BC. He has been married for over 24 years and has three children.
