Pat provides exceptional customer service to potential and current customers through the dispatch department for Eagle West Cranes, which is often a very fast paced, high pressure working environment. Working in partnership with our salespeople and project managers, our fleet coordinators like Pat answer customer’s questions and plan & manage their project needs. Pat is also responsible for providing 24/7 dispatch service to all our customers in the BC Interior.

He has been part of the Eagle West family since 2006 and contributes over nine years work experience in the industry both as a crane operator and dispatcher. Sticking to his experience, Pat was a crane operator at Eagle West for six months prior to joining our dispatch team as fleet coordinator and heavy haul specialist.
