As a Customer Service Representative for Eagle West, John is responsible for the successful day to day rental and sales of the company’s equipment and services, specifically, the sales and estimation of tower cranes and truck & crane services. John also maintains & builds new customer relationships, works to meet or exceed monthly & annual sales targets, participates in monthly sales meetings and assesses job requirements, providing quotes and feedback to our customers.

John has been in his current position as a part of the Eagle West family since November 2005. He brings over 15 years industry experience and a diploma in construction management from Douglas College to work with Eagle West. 

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing & watching sports, especially soccer. His advice to aspiring professionals is to find a job which you enjoy doing because that way, it doesn’t really feel like work.
