As Sales Manager for British Columbia, Charlene is responsible for motivating & managing the entire sales team, playing an important part in reaching our goals. Her role includes maintaining and continuing to improve the Eagle West customer experience, while upholding our core values.

Charlene has been in this position since July 2011 and with the Eagle West family since 2004. In addition to this role, she continues to work closely with the Crane Academy handling inquiries, sales, and training schedules.

Charlene is committed to continually learning and improving herself, recenlty she completed her Masters of Business Administration Degree. As part of this program, she completed a sales consulting project for Eagle West and Stampede Crane. Since completing her degree, she is part of the team implementing the recommendations based her research findings.

Charlene enjoys reading, snowboarding, travelling, and spending time with her friends and family. Her advice to aspiring professionals is to be flexible and find your ideal balance between work and personal life.  It is important to have a personal commitment to learning and expanding your knowledge.
