Mission Critical Statement: Technical Support & Customer Satisfaction

Sarah is responsible for technical sales support for our customers and sales representatives. She creates AutoCAD drawings for project planning, load plans, lift plans and schedules for tower crane mobilizations in North America.

Sarah has been in her current position since 2010, but has been a part of the Eagle West family for nine years – since 2002. Previously, Sarah has contributed her skills in dispatch, sales administration, sales support and tower crane invoicing. 

In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with family & friends, watching the Canucks or her kids play hockey. Her advice to aspiring professionals is to pay attention and apply yourself in your school work, it will pay off as it is applicable to real life.
