Gastown Steam Clock Crane Hoist – Vancouver

On Tuesday, January 20th, 2015, Eagle West Crane & Rigging, a division of TNT Crane & Rigging Canada, successfully hoisted the iconic Gastown Steam Clock back into it’s originally position with one of our folding boom cranes. The City of Vancouver hired Eagle West to remove the steam clock with a folding boom crane, so they could perform major repairs to the clock. Once the repairs were completed, we were able to return the freshly restored landmark back to it’s regular position in the centre of Gastown. Eagle West is proud to be trusted by the City of Vancouver to crane a piece of its history in one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods.
